Gov. Malloy Announces New Program to Spur Brownfield Redevelopment Planning
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) is now accepting applications for a new grant program designed to help communities develop implementation plans for remediating and redeveloping clusters of brownfield sites.

Gov. Malloy Announces Available Support to Towns and Cities for Brownfield Redevelopment
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) is accepting applications for $7.5 million in grants that will be awarded to help clean up former industrial sites in communities throughout the state, revitalizing these properties to put them back into productive use. Made available through the Connecticut Brownfield Remediation program, a total of $6.5 million will be earmarked for remediation projects and $1 million will be used for assessment projects.

Gov. Malloy Announces Financial Services Company MC Credit Partners Relocating to Connecticut
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that MC Credit Partners, LP, an institutional manager of middle market direct lending funds, is relocating from New York City to Stamford, moving 16 employees to Connecticut with plans to create five new positions over the next two years.
