On Friday at noon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy, U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal, U.S. Senator Chris Murphy, Congresswoman Elizabeth Esty, and Connecticut Office of Early Childhood Commissioner Dr. Myra Jones-Taylor will visit Torrington Child Care Center, Inc., which will soon be adding 80 new and improved high-quality preschool spaces as part of a recently awarded $12.5 million federal grant the state received to expand preschool in the state.
